Who we are

A foundation built on one simple idea — no one should be left without help

M Noor Foundation began with a handful of volunteers delivering ration bags to families nobody else was reaching. Today we run six ongoing programs, but the way we work has not changed: we go to the household, verify the need, and stay with the family until they are steady again.

  • Verified, case by caseEvery applicant is visited and assessed before any support is approved.
  • Transparent with every rupeeDonors receive an acknowledgement, and program spending is reported openly.
  • Local volunteers, local knowledgeOur teams live in the communities they serve, so help arrives fast and lands correctly.

Where your money goes

Most of what you give reaches the field

We keep our overheads deliberately small. Here is how a typical year of donations is allocated across the foundation.

Direct program delivery 78%
Emergency response reserve 10%
Field operations & logistics 6%
Administration 6%

They did not just hand us a ration bag and leave. They came back the next month, and the month after, until my sons were back in school and I had work. That is what made the difference.
